For more than twenty-five years, PrimeStar Technologies and its engineering subsidiary have assisted clients in the petrochemical, polymers, agrochemicals and synfluels industries to identify, develop and implement the best process technology solutions to meet their needs. 

Prime Star operates according to a unique paradigm. The common model for technology licensing requires that companies pay tens of millions of dollars in licensing fees for state-of-the-art technologies. In addition, the major corporations providing this technology often retain significant ownership of the ultimate revenue stream. PrimeStar provides an alternative. The cost of technology licensing through PrimeStar represents a fraction of the cost of the licensing fees charged by larger corporations for identical technology. And, most significantly, the economic model innovated by PrimeStar allows the client to retain ownership of 100% of the ultimate operation and its profits. 

The practices and procedures we have developed over the years to provide our clients with engineering design packages allow us to be efficient, cost effective and highly competitive.  By engaging highly qualified, experienced engineers in multiple engineering disciplines to form core technology teams assigned to specific tasks, we are able to complete design packages for grassroot process facilities as well as for expansions and modifications for specific products using specific process technologies.
