OUR PROCESS

Clients typically contact PrimeStar to request assistance in providing engineering packages for a specific product or process. It is assumed or known that the client has already completed a situation analysis of the business environment involved, including the market, competition, growth rates, economics and other key factors to making a business decision that has lead to a need for a specific engineering design package for production facilities. 

PrimeStar and its in-house engineering division have developed a set of standard procedures for the working relationships with clients to facilitate development of the deliverables constituting a Process Design Package (PDP) or Basic Engineering Design Package (BEDP). 

In some cases, PrimeStar suggests the development of a design package for a pilot or demonstration plant for a production process with which the client has no previous experience, enhancing the ability to evaluate the process and develop modifications prior to construction of a full-scale production unit.
